Preferred Garage Door Solutions

At Preferred Garage Door Solutions, we are committed to providing quality workmanship and dependable service. Because our work involves labor, custom parts, and special-order materials, the following refund policy applies:
 

Service & Repair Work

All completed service and repair work is non-refundable once the work has been performed. By authorizing repairs, the customer agrees to payment for labor and parts provided.

If there is an issue related to workmanship, we will promptly return to inspect and address the concern under our service warranty.
 

Deposits & Special Orders

Deposits made for special-order doors, custom materials, or non-stock parts are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the supplier. These items are built or ordered specifically for your project and cannot be returned.
 

Cancellations

Scheduled service appointments may be canceled at no charge with reasonable notice prior to dispatch. If materials have already been ordered or work has begun, charges may apply.
 

Warranty-Related Issues
 

If a part fails under manufacturer warranty, we will assist in facilitating the warranty process according to manufacturer guidelines. Labor warranties, if applicable, are limited to workmanship and do not include misuse, neglect, or unrelated mechanical failures.
 

Payment Disputes

Any concerns regarding billing must be reported within 7 days of service completion so we can promptly review and resolve the matter.
